Established in 1824 in the foothills of the Cairngorn mountains, we've become renowned for our innovative approach to flavor-led whisky making. From our commitment to locally sourced ingredients, to our unique copper cooling ring-which cascades mountain water down our stills.
Our spirit is then fully aged in ex-bourbon barrels, creating a distinctive tropical house style.
Color: Golden bronze.
Nose: Grilled pineapple, Madagascan vanilla, sugared almonds and soft baking spices.
Taste: Mandarin citrus, poached pears, light cacao and moist ginger cake.
