We ship within the United States only, orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of being receiving although on most occasions are shipped same day. MOST orders placed by 4pm Pacific Time are processed and shipped the same day.
All sales transact at our store in San Francisco and California Sales Tax applies to all sales apart from food. When your order is approved by your credit card company you own the goods. If you choose shipping as a delivery method you are asking us to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for understanding and adhering to laws, taxes and regulations governing the shipment and carriage of alcohol in your jurisdiction.
We ship from San Francisco, California daily, Monday through Friday.
Our shipping carrier is UPS, your ground shipment will arrive within 2 to 6 BUSINESS days depending upon where you are located within the United States. The map below displays approximate GROUND transit times between California to the rest of the United States. We do offer faster shipping options such as Next Day Air, 2 Day Air etc although these times depend on when a package is picked up by UPS, we strive to get orders out same day as they are received but cannot guarantee.
PLEASE NOTE THAT TIME IN TRANSIT IS WEEKDAYS ONLY, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, UPS DO NOT COUNT SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AS BUSINESS DAYS.
