Carefully crafted at the Yushan Distillery in Yilan County on a Scottish Forsyth still. Yushan is named for the highest mountain on the island of Taiwan.
Aged in Sherry casks showcasing rich flavors of dried fruits, orange peel and spices.
No added color, non-chill filtered.
700ml, 46% ABV.
