Carefully crafted at the Yushan Distillery in Yilan County on a Scottish Forsyth still. Yushan is named for the highest mountain on the island of Taiwan.
Aged in Bourbon casks showcasing all the Taiwanese delicacy and style with sweet, floral and vanilla notes.
No added color, non-chill filtered.
700ml, 46% ABV.
