Willett Pot Still Reserve Cask Strength is released each year on the occasion of the Spring and Fall Equinox. Spring, defrosting from grey skies, an abundance of fresh mint blooming just in time for julep season. Fall, harvesting for hibernation, enjoying the crackle of burning wood and whiskey nights wrapped in cozy furs by the hearth, nuzzled in a delicious book or new movie. Both worthy of a robust, distinctive pour.
