This 17-year-old North British, matured in red wine hogsheads, transports you to the Scottish countryside at sunset, where late summer fruits hang heavy on the trees. The nose opens with caramel biscuits, stewed fruit and crumbly tablet. The palate brings sticky toffee pudding, dried fruits and lotus Biscoff, with a touch of cinnamon spice. The finish lingers with a gentle, orchard-fruit sweetness that slowly fades into the evening air.
