Product Description
Introducing Malted Teacake, the fifth release in our boundary-pushing and experimental Huntress series. This whisky heroes our passion for fermentation experiments. We’ve used a yeast strain typically used in the brewing of Belgian-style ales, one that is rarely used in Scotch whisky. It brings malty, creamy notes - flavours of buttered toast, freshly baked cake and fig marmalade.
Nose: Figs, pastries, sultana, apricot.
Palate: Fresh baked cake, dried fruits, crème caramel.
Finish: Medium/long, malty and bright.
700mL, 48.5% ABV.
