Crafted with a medley of different local wine casks, this whisky is an ode to our local wine industry, with the characteristic fruitiness and tannic dryness of Israeli wines playfully dancing within.
The result is a whisky both complex and generously flavoured without sacrificing smoothness, resulting in a whisky that’s fully enjoyed both fast and slow.
