"My Uncle Frank used to help his father in his distillery before he joined the Navy in WWII. Frank was a pilot, flying material and troops to their destinations. Uncle Frank and I had numerous conversations in his later years which has informed and inspired this Blended Bourbon. Mendocino Spirits salutes our veterans, and all in uniformed service to our country."
NOSE - Grains in Summer, oak, and malt.
PALATE - Carmel, toasted nuts, toasted marshmallow, hint of apricots, a smooth 100 proof whiskey.
Produced and Bottled by Tamar Distillery, Redwood Valley, California.
750mL, 50% ABV.
