Aged for 11 years exclusively in first-fill American oak ex-bourbon casks, Sweet Peat has been carefully crafted by our master blender Dr. Stuart Morrison to create a rich and layered taste of Islay. Deep undertones of salted caramel and toffee apple married with subtle notes of spice for a harmonious blend of sweet and smoke.
