Product Description
This East Lothain Single Malt has been fermented with Pinnacle M & BP725 Yeast - the second being more typically used for Red Wine fermentation. The resulting spirit was matured in both ex-Bourbon barrels, and ex-Bordeaux wine barriques, and bottled with no additional color or chill-filteration.
Tasting Notes: Berry nice notes of cherries, strawberries and blackcurrants, with just a hint of Scottish tablet.
700mL, 47.4% ABV.
