Greenhook’s full-bodied expression is crafted from pot distilled corn, juniper, and botanicals inspired by the spice trade of the 1900’s. Aged for two years in bourbon casks before being finished in Oloroso Sherry casks, their Old Tom Gin is perfect for your next Martinez or Old Fashioned.
