Product Description
The return of a Bruichladdich legend, Yellow Submarine [Reclassified] is a limited release to celebrate our 25th anniversary and the submersible still standing proudly in the distillery grounds today.
The maturation profile is inspired by the original recipe of the first ever bottling of The Yellow Submarine (released in 2005). Bruichladdich spirit is matured in a combination of first fill bourbon barrels (75%) and this time first and second fill Bordeaux red wine casks (25%) - rather than Spanish Rioja.
Luxurious and refined, the single malt whisky brings notes of toasted hazelnut and warm spice with a subtle wave of sea salt, a reminder of its maritime roots.
700mL, 54.2% ABV.
