The distillate is medium bodied, sweet and fruity. Matured in a refill hogshead before it was reracked into a 1st fill Amontillado barrique for over six years layering notes of rich dried fruit and leather.
Tasting Notes: Cassia bark, dark chocolate, glazed apple.
700mL, 54.7% ABV.
