Light golden.
Aroma:
Heather Honey with hints of cinnamon and toffee bonbon.
Very subtle hints of peat smoke.
Palate:
Creamy vanilla spice gives way to more overt smoky charcoal notes, especially with the addition of water. Smoke doesn’t dominate and is balanced by the sweet honey and spice flavours.

Smooth and delicious
I am in the UK and ordered this single malt for direct delivery to a friend in SC, USA for Christmas, so have not actually seen or tasted this product. However, my friend told me he was absolutely delighted with the Scotch, it arrived safely and on time (by road from San Francisco I believe) and tastes wonderful. So if he pleased I am too. The online ordering and paying procedure from UK was straightforward, so all in all I have no hesitation in recommending both this product and The Whisky Shop. Thank you for solving one of my Christmas present dilemmas.
