Distilled in copper pot stills using scottish barley, and bottled at 46%. Distilled and matured in the microclimate of the San Jose area. A unique and complex whisky with a hugely satisfying taste finished in shaved, toasted and re-charred barrels
The 1st sip starts off very nice. Very gentle for 46% alcohol volume. And, ... It has a very nice finish. For me, it needs a little more flavor in the "middle". Other than that, a very nice, enjoyable Whisky.
