This is the gin that showcases founder and head distiller Tara Jasper’s vision of distilling the moment.
Spring Gin was inspired by the first days of spring. This seasonal gin is a snapshot of a fleeting moment in time; Spring in Sonoma County Wine Country. The cherry blossoms, orange flowers, fava flowers as well as wild pea shoots and Douglas Fir tips add stunning freshness to this gin along with many other botanicals. The freshly harvested botanicals for this gin were hand picked the morning of distillation by Tara as she wanted to capture her favorite moment when Mother Nature awakens from her deep slumber.
