Distilled in Indiana, bottled up in Stanford, KY.
Mash Bill: 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% barley.
Nose: Buttery toffee bar with poached pear and vanilla syrup, caramel wafer, candied cinnamon, and clove.
Palate: Fruit dominates with spice underneath, making for a perfectly balanced bourbon.
Finish: Balanced and layered with sweet and spice slowly drifting away.
750mL, 50% ABV.
