Preservation Distillery, a 40-acre historic tobacco farm is aging some of Kentucky’s most prized vintage barrels. This pot-distilling craft producer is family-owned, with many passionate decades in the Bourbon industry. Preservation is Kentucky’s first sustainability-focused distillery, raising Bluegrass Longhorn cattle and insisting on their farm’s limestone water source, and the highest quality local ingredients.
