This whiskey made from 100% Calrose rice and rice malt, aged in new American oak and ex-Bourbon barrels, celebrates the Pacific Flyway and the habitat our Northern California wetlands provide.
Nose: The nose is full of apples, pears, and tropical fruits.
Palate: The palate is sweet and balanced with grassy undertones, akin to the scent of green tea, and a nice creamy mouthfeel.
