Every spirit created by Prohibition Craft Spirits is hand-tended with meticulous attention to detail in small batches of 53 gallons. It allows them to bring out the desired flavors, cut out batch multiple times, and make changes as necessary to aspire to near-perfection.
This very small batch of 4-6 year MGP Bourbon Whiskey was blended to give consistent flavors in each batch, then finished in toasted barrels anywhere from one week to two years. The batches are tasted diligently throughout the finishing process, ensuring you get a superior finished bourbon.
