Our locally made Bourbon has received much acclaim from California to Bourbon Country. It has won the Fifty Best Bourbon competition's top spot 2 years in a row! The mash bill is corn, barley, and rye; aged in selected new bourbon barrels. Aged in 100% new American white oak barrels, charred.
Double distilled using the Charentais Method.
