Goldrun Rye Whiskey is inspired by the brave thrill-seekers flocking to the Golden State in 1849 armed only with pickaxes and dreams. San Francisco Barbary Coast Saloons poured American whiskey to cool down the Gold Rush Fever.
We hand craft Goldrun Rye in-house on our custom alembic copper pot still in tiny batches from the finest American White Rye and apply ancient mashing, fermentation, distilling and oak cask ageing techniques, similar to noble Eae-De-Vie brandies of Kuchan family legacy.
Goldrun Rye Whiskey is like biting into a loaf of freshly baked rye bread. It bursts with rich notes of caramel, raisins, meadow blossoms and warm breakfast cereal.
