‘Sinteis’ (pronounced sin-teesh) meaning ‘synthesis’ in Scottish Gaelic, embodies our cask creativity as we merge two bold yet complementary wood types to concoct unparalleled expressions.

Uniting rich Single Malt matured in first-fill Pedro Ximénez Sherry puncheons and Chinquapin, a native American Oak from the Ozarks in Missouri, has created a medley of dark fruit, baking spices and
chocolate tones.

COLOR: Intense Walnut.

NOSE: Licorice, butterscotch, and grilled honeycomb; with candied orchard fruits,
cocoa, and treacle tart.

TASTE: Ginger, butterscotch, and candied lemon slices followed by fig jam,  blackberries, and molasses,;with cinnamon spice and rich cocoa on the finish.
