No flavor/ color additives or manipulation here (a rarity in the rum world). Just double distilled rum made from Piloncillo sugar - as pure as sugar cane gets. Aged for 3 years in used whiskey barrels, and then finished for 1 more year in a used port cask for color and depth of flavor. Bottled at 50% abv to keep the rum’s dense, decadent flavor.
