The Atlantic meets the Mediterranean. This whisky was matured in casks from Islay, that soaked in smoky aromas and salty flavors, and was then blended with ex-bourbon barrel-aged single malt. The Elements Peated integrates the fruity notes of the new make into the casks’ typical Islay peaty notes; the result is a delicate, rather mellow, and lightly peated whisky.
Milk & Honey Distillery is Israel's first whisky distillery. They are dedicated to only genuine artisinal manufacturing and committed maintaining the highest standards following Scottish tradition. Although a young whisky the hot and humid climate of Tel Aviv ensures a fast maturation giving the whisky a complexity of a much older whisky.

The first Israeli whisky distillery is located in the first city of Israel. Symbolic? Maybe, but it wasn’t for historic reasons that we chose to set the distillery here: Tel Aviv is the heart of Israel’s culinary and drinking scene. There are amazing indoor and outdoor markets here, world-class bars, and restaurants like no other place in the world. We are excited to be a part of the city that never stops.
