Matured in carefully selected double oak casks, this 2018 vintage whisky from Annandale Distillery showcases a vibrant and layered character. The double maturation process enhances the whisky’s depth, allowing it to develop both fresh green notes and soft, sweet oak influence.
Cask #504 has imparted a beautifully balanced profile, where fruity vibrancy meets earthy undertones, resulting in a whisky that is both refreshing and complex. Bottled at cask strength, without chill filtration or added colouring, this expression remains as pure as the day it left the cask.
Nose: Green Fruit, Fresh Apple & Pear, Malt Character.
Palate: Smooth Vanilla with Subtle Spicy Note. Butterscotch, Barley Sugar, Caramel, Toffee & Oak Influence.
Finish: Nutty Finish, Cooked Apple Sweetness.
