Jameson Irish Whiskey: Triple distilled to deliver twice the smoothness, this Irish pot still whiskey is matured in American bourbon barrels and Spanish sherry butts. The balance between just the right amount of malted and un-malted barley gives natural barley flavor, while the exact proportions of triple distilled Pot Still Whiskeys and then triple distilled Grain Whiskeys deliver exceptional smoothness, and the sweet, nutty flavour from Sherry casks with the toasted wood and vanilla notes from Bourbon casks. 40% ABV.

Stout Caskmates: Local brewery Eight Degrees Brewing helps this dram with a little taste ‘give-and-take’. They make a stout we’ve long been fans of, and it adds some incredible character for our oak barrels to soak up. Once those stout-seasoned barrels are refilled with Jameson, the taste heads off in exciting new directions, with rich flavors of coffee, cocoa, and a gentle hint of hops. 40% ABV 

Jameson Black Barrel: Jameson Black Barrel began life when our masters carefully selected a high proportion of pot still whiskey and a small batch grain whiskey of which a proportion had been matured in double flame charred American bourbon barrels. As the whiskey matures, it develops aromatic notes of charred wood, deep spices and exotic fruit to create the rich and unmistakably smooth Jameson Black Barrel. 40% ABV.
