We ship within the United States only, orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of being receiving although on most occasions are shipped same day. MOST orders placed by 4pm Pacific Time are processed and shipped the same day.
We ship from San Francisco, California daily, Monday through Friday.
Our shipping carrier is UPS, your ground shipment will arrive within 2 to 6 BUSINESS days depending upon where you are located within the United States. The map below displays approximate GROUND transit times between California to the rest of the United States. We do offer faster shipping options such as Next Day Air, 2 Day Air etc although these times depend on when a package is picked up by UPS, we strive to get orders out same day as they are received but cannot guarantee.
PLEASE NOTE THAT TIME IN TRANSIT IS WEEKDAYS ONLY, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, UPS DO NOT COUNT SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AS BUSINESS DAYS.
