Return Policy for The Whisky Shop

We ONLY accept the return of goods and issue a full refund when:

  • goods are faulty or damaged (please notify at time of delivery)
  • and/or clearly different from those ordered.
Refunds will be credited back to your account upon our receipt of the goods.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please refer to our terms and conditions

Our beloved 'scotch' is a highly desirable commodity, as we all know. Therefore we advise the following to any of our customers who are returning goods for whatever reason:

  • Please return your goods by Registered Post Service, as this will insure your goods.
  • The Whisky Shop cannot take responsibility for 'returned goods' lost in transit, nor for courier charges or duties incurred on returned goods.
Returns to our Stores
You can return goods to any of our stores were we will gladly refund you (in accordance with our refund policy) or exchange the goods or offer you gift vouchers to the cost of your purchase.
